dude this is probably one of the hardest fan arts i've done
the eyes and the hair were the hardes the mouth was hard too but not as much
it is of nisei from loveless and some people might say he is a..PHSYCOPATH O.@.....Xd he's crazy and you may think seimeis dead but he's not~! and nisei is his new fighter unit Duun duun duuun........

but i dont think it came out that bad..
and like the youji one i used another picture as a reference except this time i tried to mack it exactly like the other one but the other one looked alot better =___=;; lol
